Typically, a set of images or video footage from your actual environment — ideally captured under the conditions the system will operate in. We'll review what you have during an initial call and advise on whether additional collection is needed before we begin.

The Scoping & Pilot engagement usually runs two to three weeks. A full Object Detection or Visual Inspection system typically takes four to eight weeks, depending on data complexity and the number of detection classes. We'll give you a clear timeline after the initial review.

We discuss integration requirements early in the engagement. Our deliverables include integration documentation, and we design outputs — confidence scores, bounding boxes, flags — to fit the way your team already works, wherever that's practical.

That depends heavily on data quality, class definition clarity, and environmental consistency. We'll give you a realistic performance estimate before the project starts, and we document the model's known limitations as part of every delivery — not as a footnote, but as a central part of the handover.
